Clinton County, OH is now electronically recording real estate documents through Corporation Service Company? (CSC?). Any document submitter with a computer, Internet connection and scanner/printer can now eRecord real estate documents in Clinton County, OH through CSC.
This recording office requires each document submitter to obtain a submitter ID prior to eRecording documents. Submitter IDs can be requested by emailing Brenda Huff at huffbj@clintoncountyohio.us with a CC to csc-help@cscinfo.com. Please include a statement indicating you’re a CSC submitter requesting an ID for eRecording, as well as your company name, contact’s name, phone number, and email address.
