Craven County, NC and Town of Newington, CT are now electronically recording real estate documents through Corporation Service Company? (CSC?). Any document submitter with a computer, Internet connection and scanner/printer can now eRecord real estate documents in these jurisdictions through CSC.

Craven County, NC:

This recording office requires each document submitter to complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) prior to eRecording documents. If you would like to eRecord in this jurisdiction, please complete and sign this Submitter MOU. Email the completed MOU to?regdeeds@cravencounty.com?with a CC to csc-help@cscinfo.com.

Town of Newington, CT:

This recording office requires each document submitter to obtain a submitter ID prior to eRecording documents. Submitter ID’s can be requested by emailing Tanya Lane?tlane@newingtonct.gov?with a CC to csc-help@cscinfo.com.

Existing CSC customers can access the town’s available document types and required fields using CSC’s Town of Newington Submitter Bulletin. Customers can email csc-help@cscinfo.com?if this jurisdiction has not been added to their drop-down lists or with any questions or concerns.
