We would like to announce that Eagle County, CO will be accepting releases without the original deed of trust document attached. Submitters only need to enter the Original Reference Number for the property being released and CSC will automatically lookup the property and electronically send the original document to the County Public Trustee. Also Hildalgo, TX is now accepting UCC’s via eRecording.
