eRecording Updates from CSC February 22, 2019

Steele County, MN: is now accepting deeds for eRecording through CSC®.

We are also pleased to announce that The City of Chesapeake, VA will begin accepting eRecording documents through CSC.

The county requires an MOU be submitted for approval prior to accepting any submissions.In preparation, please visit the CSC County Authorization Guide on our website for a copy of the MOU and instructions.

Any document submitter with a computer, Internet connection and scanner/printer can now eRecord Deeds in Steele County, MN and eRecord documents in The City of Chesapeake, VA on March 1st through CSC.

Customers can email csc-help@cscinfo.com if the county has not been added to their drop-down lists or with any questions or concerns.

Document submitters who are new to CSC or new to the electronic recording process should request a consultation with a CSC specialist. With eRecording, document submitters benefit from shorter wait times, fewer document rejections, faster rejection handling and more secure transmission of documents.
