Marshall County, IN and the Town of Middlebury, CT are now eRecording through CSC and three new counties in OH have expanded their document types

Marshall County, IN, and the Town of Middlebury, CT, are now electronically recording real estate documents through CSC®. Any document submitter with a computer, Internet connection and scanner/printer can now eRecord real estate documents in Marshall County, IN, and the Town of Middlebury, CT, through CSC.

Existing CSC customers can access the county’s available document types and required fields using the CSC Submitter Bulletin Marshall, IN, and CSC Submitter Bulletin Middlebury, CT Customers can email csc-help@cscinfo.com if the county has not been added to their drop-down lists or with any questions or concerns.

Summit County, OH, Stark County OH, and Clinton County, OH have expanded their document types through CSC® and are now accepting deeds for eRecording.
