Otero County, Colorado has an announcement regarding eRecording through CSC

Otero County, Colorado is now accepting Releases without the original deed of trust document attached. Submitters only need the Original Reference Number for the property being released and CSC® will automatically lookup the property and electronically send the original document to the County Public Trustee.

Document submitters who are new to CSC® or new to the electronic recording process should request a consultation with a CSC specialist. With eRecording, document submitters benefit from shorter wait times, fewer document rejections, faster rejection handling and more secure transmission of documents.

Want to start eRecording your real estate documents today? Request more information from one of our specialists.
